The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology required to accelerate the information construction of industrial energy conservation supervision, and promote online monitoring of enterprise energy consumption, online verification of energy-using equipment, and online filling of energy conservation supervision results. We will organize online and offline training for local industrial energy conservation supervisors, and encourage the joint law enforcement of provinces, cities and counties, and the introduction of third-party professional institutions to support and assist, so as to improve the professional level of industrial energy conservation supervision. We will strengthen coordination with local energy conservation authorities, establish and improve an inter-departmental supervision mechanism for industrial energy conservation, promote the establishment of a joint punishment mechanism, and ensure the high-quality completion of all tasks of industrial energy conservation supervision in 2024.
